WE 125

A connected 125cc-class motorcycle designed as the first hardware layer of the Whip Equipped mobility platform.

Built for direct riders, rental fleets, clubs and connected operations — with U.S. final assembly planned in Georgia and a target price positioned below the established mini-motorcycle category leaders.

The bigger idea

The motorcycle is only the first layer.

WE is being designed around the relationship between the vehicle, its owner and the network around it. The long-term opportunity is not only selling a motorcycle once — it is connecting mobility hardware to software that can keep working for riders and operators every day.

01 / LOCATION

Know where the vehicle is.

GPS/GNSS location, trip history and vehicle status are being evaluated as core connected capabilities, with appropriate user and privacy controls.

02 / SECURITY

Build for recovery, not just alarms.

Theft-recovery workflows, geofencing and tamper-aware connected hardware are part of the prototype integration brief.

03 / OPERATIONS

Turn one bike into a managed asset.

Maintenance intervals, utilization, device health and vehicle assignment are intended to flow into the same operating layer.

04 / RENTAL

Rent the vehicle when it should be earning.

Whip Equipped already treats rental and fleet operation as first-class product surfaces. The motorcycle program extends that thesis to WE hardware.

05 / FLEET

Give operators one connected view.

Rental companies and small fleets are a launch lane, not an afterthought. The objective is a vehicle that can participate in an operator workflow from day one.

06 / SERVICE

Create recurring value after the sale.

Some connected services may ultimately carry a monthly or annual service fee. Final packaging and pricing will follow actual device, cellular, backend and support costs.

Vehicle thesis

Mechanically mature. Visually proprietary.

WE is not trying to reinvent every mechanical component. The program is built around proven component architecture where practical, then concentrates differentiation in integration, bodywork, lighting, ergonomics, controls, finishes, connected hardware and the software experience around the vehicle.

Whip Equipped mark

One vehicle. Multiple jobs.

A personal motorcycle can also be a fleet asset, a rental asset, a club/community platform and a connected endpoint. That changes how WE thinks about both distribution and lifetime revenue.

Launch lanes

Demand does not have to come from one channel.

The launch plan is intentionally broader than a traditional motorcycle dealership rollout. WE can validate demand directly while building the financing, valuation, service and inventory structures needed for wider dealer distribution later.

R
Direct

Founding riders

Direct interest, deposits only when appropriate, community feedback and early product validation through WE-controlled customer relationships.

F
Commercial

Rental & fleet operators

Connected hardware, location, utilization and rental integration create a different value proposition than simply being a lower-priced motorcycle.

C
Community

Clubs & group editions

Riding communities can help validate styling, ergonomics, use cases and tailored editions before expensive production decisions are frozen.

D
Later-stage

Dealer & service network

Dealer scale comes after the fundamentals: manufacturer identity, vehicle valuation, financing, warranty, parts, service support and predictable delivery.

Development path

Build the bike. Prove it. Certify it. Scale it.

WE plans U.S. final assembly in Georgia. Oreion Motors is providing technical, prototype, manufacturing-planning and certification support to the project. WE remains an independent company and project owner.

01

Prototype

Freeze the practical mechanical package, connected-hardware interfaces and production-intent direction through physical prototype work.

ACTIVE WORKSTREAM
02

Compliance testing

Complete the applicable federal emissions, sound, braking and manufacturer/VIN work required for the intended U.S. on-road configuration.

PROGRAM DEFINED
03

Georgia assembly

Select the facility, validate the assembly process, staffing, quality gates, inbound components and finished-vehicle logistics.

SITE SELECTION ACTIVE
04

Launch & scale

Serve direct, fleet and community demand first while the financing, valuation, service and dealer infrastructure matures.

FOUNDING DEMAND BUILD
Work with WE

Pick the conversation you need.

The program is early enough for the right riders, operators, suppliers, dealers and public-sector stakeholders to help shape it — without pretending the finished production motorcycle already exists.

Development disclosure: WE 125 is a product under development. Final specifications, certification status, manufacturing location, production timing, connected features, subscription/service pricing and MSRP may change. Nothing on this page is an offer to sell an uncertified vehicle, a financing commitment, or a guarantee of availability. Production sales will be subject to applicable regulatory, manufacturing and commercial requirements.
