Bureau rules

1. The shoes are on trial, not the person. No faces, no names, no handles, unless you're turning yourself in.
2. A city at most. Never an address, a school, a job, or anywhere a person could be found.
3. Every case is reviewed before it goes on the board. Three reports send it back for review.
4. Votes are just for fun. Nobody earns points for voting.
